i have lost 10 pounds and I'm 5 weeks I have been doing 15-20 mins cardio a day and eating very well. I have not had any morning sickness or any pregnancy symptoms. So no throwing up lol. Lots of soups and salads juices sugar free ad water tons of water
@ivlopezz I was 175 when Igot pregnant too!. I lost 5 the first ttrimester but want to lose more in a healthy way to not gain so much since I'm already overweight. More tips?!

Im 32 weeks and I have continued to walk, do housework, get out and about and just do what I normally would If i was not pregnant. Course ive still gained a ton of weight but my body is still about its same slim self.... beside the big boobs and booty now lol
I've been working out my whole pregnancy, only 18 wks! My body is the thick type but more on the slimmer side with a flat belly, started my pregnancy at 175 and now am 163, only do 30 min of cardio a day, have no belly whatsoever and look skinnier than I was before pregnancy, good luck :)
I have been doing 10 mins body workouts what of it I can with a few other things I watch my food only eating healthy. I randomly dropped 10 lbs this week
I have worked this whole pregnancy and also done a lot of housework at home to keep my body busy and being easy with what I eat. It's really hard but motivation is key :)
