Extreme fatigue in 2nd trimester?

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I am constantly tired. I can't even do my normal tasks at home like laundry and cleaning. I just want to sleep constantly. Is anyone else feeling this way in their second trimester?

Was your first trimester blood test ok? Maybe your iron is low, you have anemia. Or you could be developing high sugar in blood.
I was like that in my second trimester, my feet were swollen.. It turned out I had gestational diabetes. After being diagnosed, I started a diet and exercise and I've been feeling just great! More energy than before getting pregnant :)
Anyways, talk to your doctor about it.

Here's some advice from MedHelp.org and the I'm Expecting app on Fatigue. Usually people start to feel less tired in the second trimester, but everyone's pregnancy is different!

http://www.medhelp.org/pregnancy-health/articles/Fatigue-and-Insomnia-During-Pregnancy-Your-Symptoms-Manual/1986

You can check the week you're in and see how common this symptom is. Find this in the app by going to the Pregnancy Diary from the home screen and selecting Fatigue from the Symptoms menu. Then click the menu bar in the upper left and select Symptoms Manual to see your symptoms.
