But i cook all the time
I m a cheff and i know how to make all kind of stuff plus healthy
So that helps a lot too
Yeah^^ I bought some oranges and have one for a snack.. Sometimesss a milk shake is amazing though haa I recently have been making small salads or just have cucumber with Italian dressing :)
I m 27weeks and i went from 104lbs to 118lbs
I had the same hunger problema
But after dinner i wouldnt make more food
I would eat fruit
If i craved sweet i would make sure to have fruit salad in the frige
Of course i would still have snacks and stuff but thata how i did
And now in almost 28weeks i gained 14lbs
It's crazy I will be non-stop hungry eat a nice meal then I don't get full! So I make something else let's say like a sandwich and I take one bite and feel nauseous lol
in your last trimester it's a lot easier to not overeat, there's not enough room to be quite frank lol, if you eat too much you might just straight throw up because it's all too squished, that's my problem now I feel super hungry, but I canT actually eat as much as I want
