What can ido to induce my labor so the docs wont have to,  other than sex????

Bumpy journeys worked really well for my friend!! And also eating pineapples!! And warm baths! (Not too hot though!) People say sex is great but it has actually been proven that its sperm that is good for you not actually the sex, but if digested! You also get the same greatness from pineapple! Hense why I say pineapples lol good luck with everything! The fact of being induced by a doctor freaks me out!

Yeah, from 35 weeks I walked miles every day, including steep uphills, took raspberry leaf capsules, ate lots of spicy food, went for drives along bumpy country roads etc etc etc and nothing worked.   all I got was Braxton Hicks.   Baby boy was born exactly two weeks late, and that was after having to get my waters broken artificially to start my labour x

I'm 40+1 and have tried sex and walking and neither have worked so far. Going to dr today to talk about inducing :(

Sex helps walking up and down stairs excessive ball drink really hot teas (not sure of teas cuz its like a Mexican saying. . . cinnamon somethings like that)

Where do you buy castor oil from?

Lolol I knew what you were trying to say :p but be careful with castor oil!! Make sure you take it properly 2tbsp in orange juice followed by 2 glasses of water... It can also just end up giving you the poops. I haven't tried it yet I'm 38+3 but I think soon imma break down

Walking, spicy food, squats, warm baths but let me warn you.. I tried it all seriously and nothing worked. I had to be induced by the Dr. google it there is tons of stuff. Nipple stimulation, Ester oil I think is what's its called uh bumpy ride in the car
