Feel so unprepared!
December is coming up FAST and I feel like I just got pregnant lol. I have most of what I need except diapers, wipes, and clothes. My baby showers are coming up in November so hopefully that'll make me feel better. I'm starting to get a little scared though. I have no idea how I'm going to care for my autistic 4yr old son, new born, and heal from a csection. I know I can do it..but I'm just getting all scatter brained! Is it normal to feel like this?? Oh and I'm due Jan 2, but I'm measuring a week ahead and csection is planned for the 20th of December.
i get it. lol and i understand why their big! & it is better but the scaring i cant handle. good luck! now shes 3 days older he was a wk and 2 days older. lol (:
Stacy- I totally understand! My husband works 60+hrs a week and we also have one vehicle. It gets so annoying not being able to get things when i need them..like curly fries lol! Oooo well maybe they can mail you stuff! Yeah buying things in bulk is always better. =)
Mrsreeder-omg! I thought i was the only mom on here with an autistic kid! well, he's like borderline autistic..he can do everything a "typical" child can..except talk. He is also not potty trained, can't feed himself with a fork, can dress himself. He is ok with everything else though. I'm just totally losing my mind about taking care of him while healing from surgery.. I have no one else that can take care of him. And it just hurts my heart to not be there for my first little angel.
My entire family is in Texas, so there's no way I could get a shower. Yeah I'm thinking of going to like samsor costco and bubuying unscented wipes in bulk. Maybe it'll come out cheaper that way..idk. It's just hard getting things for my son since we only have one vehicle right now and my husband is always using it for work. :/. My stress level is at a 10+ lol
Oh my gosh! How can you not have a shower?? My family is massive, I have 20+ppl coming to each shower. Hopefully they will get some diapers and clothes for my baby! Well that's good that the main stuff is already taken care of! I go to the thrift store and dollar store to get clothes. They are just as cute. Darn babies just grow too fast! Yes, i totally agree, November needs to drag! Lol!
You're not alone!! Im pregnant with #4, and going crazy with anxiety trying to get everything ready. Ill be having my c section next month and its approaching fast! My middle son is autistic as well along with a million health problems. So I know how hard it is dealing with that and prepping for a new baby! We've been buying items like crazy this week, because baby could be here in as little as 5 weeks!!
You're lucky your getting two baby showers, I'm not even getting one. We have to buy everything, luckily we have his big stuff out of the way (changing table, crib, bassinet) we have a couple outfits but we still need a lot more clothes. Also pampers and wipes...not to mention his shampoo and butt paste. Ahhh, I hope November drags! Lol
Lol yes my babies are big cause my husband. He is 6ft 4in tall and looks like a lumber Jack lol. I had to have a csection with my first baby after trying to push him out for 3 hours, he was too big for me so I had to have the csection. My Dr said that since i had a csection before, then I'll have to have another one so my uterus doesn't hemorrhage during child birth. The reason he is doing it 6 days early is because he doesn't want me going into labor, because i have to have another csection lol. It's kinda confusing, but oh well =) it's really not that bad. And compared to pushing with no pain meds, the csection was a breeze!
me too im ready to pack the bag. and wow i dont.see how you take the scaring i dont want that at all . lol you have big healthy babies tho thats good! & what weight do they stop letting you push them out? like from what to what do they have to do a c section? & why is they doing it 6 days early?
Oooo yeah that's what I'm doing too. I don't want to go crazy buying a whole bunch of stuff before the showers lol. I'll feel better once her room is finished and her bag is packed for the hospital.

wow you can do it and i feel the same way i havent brought nothing bc im waiting til after my baby shower to see what i dont have then buy. im ready for the shower to be over so i can buy. lol (: & im due before you but your baby must be bigger than mine bc your c section is before our due dates.
Lol I just came up with that today when I was shopping I got myself a walmart gift card :)

Awww thank you! I may not be mom of the year, but I give it my all everyday. I feel like time is just slipping away lol. Oooo yeah I'll definitely start doing that, that's a great idea! Thank you! =)
Thats a great idea lexi915. I think imma do that. Lol. I'm due Jan 18 but will have a csection the week before, and I also feel like I have nothing ready. I have a lot from my son who is also 4 but I still need to get motivated and get it out of storage. Ugh seems like its taking forever and going so fast all at the same time. Lol
