Some women don't have an ultrasound till 12 weeks so even if your further along and have no pain or bleeding you should be fine just continuing to take your prenatal vitamins. You may also be able to Google to see if there are free early pregnancy clinics or ultrasound tech schools in your area that may be able to help you with a free ultrasound. If you can afford it there are also 3D/4D ultrasound places out there that would be able to give you an idea of how far along you are and useualy cost anywhere from 50-100 for a basic package. You can also find free nurse hotlines you can Google to find if you have medical questions. I also recommend the what to expect when your expecting it should go over the early do's and dont's of pregnancy.

If you haven't had a ultrasound or blood test they are going off of its possible. When i was pregnant with my son I bled for two days starting the day I was due for my period.
