First Time Pregnancy

So this is my first pregnancy, I am at 20 weeks and I've pretty much been left alone to deal with it. I'm 18 and trying to complete my credits for a highschool diploma. I don't have health insurance or enough money to pay for doctor visits

Are there any kind of vitamins I can be taking I can just get at the store? Should I feel the baby kicking already? Are there any kinds of medicines I should avoid? Is it normal to get a pain similar to period cramps?

Yeah govt help is definitely a struggle ! They put me through hell too. I can't believe your 20 weeks and haven't got accepted or found a doctor yet tho :(
Honestly if I were that far along I would try to go somewhere like the hospital or health center to at least get an ultrasound. Financially it ***** but they can't deny your visit and it's best for u and your baby to get it.
Not all mom's can feel movement around the 20th week. Ftm often feel movement later then others. You can usually start feeling them between 16 and 24 weeks I think

Yes it is get . U should  go to the store and get. Prenatal vitamins.  There are different  kinds in the vitamin isle. You should  check out your dss in your state the should be able to provide you with heath insurance  and Polley food stamps in all that good stuff. I had to do it with my first pregnancy too.i wish the best to u and I'm praying for u and baby.
