First baby, second pregnancy

Iv been pregnant before and unfortunately lost my baby at 9 week. I'm currently 9 weeks 2 days. And I was just wondering is miscarriage high Risk at this point ? Should I be worried or am I just paranoid. I'm too scared to do anything like bending down or shivvering too much or taking a bath too hot . Witch is crazy I know it is. But im scared to loose this baby. I'm worried that it was something I did before.

Just because you have had a miscarriage before doesnt put you at higher risk for another. The risk goes down after hearing a heartbeat and even more at 12 weeks. I had a mc at 10w and now 25w pregnant. Relax enjoy pregnancy and baby. Its hard but it will be fine. I hope you have a happy healthy baby :)

It's higher risk to lose the baby in the first trimester. So until like 14 weeks.
