Flu? Help

Tonight is just not my night. all afternoon I have been feeling sick to my stomach but nothing... well tonight after i ate one bite of mac and cheese i ran to the bathroom sick, and sorry for the TMI "diareaha" all night. I have been drinking sprite, Do you think it would be better to continue to drink water. I am only drinking sprite because when i was little my mama always gave me sprite or 7up when i was sick. and should i call my dr. a friend said i should see a dr. if i have the stomach flu because i am prego. but its friday and 9pm. I would be able to see him until monday.

well i hope you feel better. Yea I stopped going to the bathroom, but still feeling really icky. i am laying on the couch right now, and i am just so lightheaded, I feel the whole room spinning, and i keep catching myself "bopping" my head feels like i am going to pass out. I am goig to try and drink some more fluids, and rest up. If i still feel lightheaded in the morning i think i will head the urgent care. just to be safe.

I was reading on some pregnancy site that its a really good idea to get the flu shot while pregnant cause it protects you and also when your baby is born it will be protected from the flu for 6 months. Thats awesome I think.

I have the flu right now too. I took like 3 bites of chicken noodle soup and threw it right back up, quite violently (tmi). I have been drinking sprite, water, and lots of juices especially oj and the v8 splashes are really good. I was feeling light headed too, honestly I would try to sleep it off. I'm starting to feel better and I didn't go to the doctor because I had the same symptoms on Halloween and they said to rest up and drink fluids and only take Tylenol of course.

Oh and I wanted to mention that i am feeling very lightheaded, which is why i am wondering if water would be better.
