Not much you can do unfortunately. Just eat bland foods like crackers soup toast apple sauce. Sometimes not eating makes it worse so just try something. If someone comes up with a cure for pregnancy related sickness they will be rich. There are things other women swear by like ginger peppermint tea or candies. Some say a few crackers before getting out of bed ive even heard orange juice helps. Nothing but meds has helped to so far. Ive been sick since 6w im now 17w 1d still suffering daily. Nothing helped for me except potatoes.. But it was hard.. Even water made me puke.. Everyone told me ginger ale and crackers.. That made it worse.. In the end I tried everything I could think of.. She it just happened my friend had some fries and I ate one.. And I didn't feel sick :) so I ate a couple more and felt a little better.. So I ate French fries and drank milk the first 20weeks of my pregnancy..
