I just wanted to share a simple but effective way of curing Morning sickness and Heartburn. An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure♥

Thank you for sharing! I've had terrible heartburn to the point where I feel stomach acid in my esophagus,hopefully it goes away c: grape fruits sound delicious right now too c:

Grapefruit turn acid into Alkaline. Eat it fresh, its worked for everyone I know. The juice form is processed.

Didn't work with morning sickness just made it worse and threw up acid then was unable to drink water due to the nasty tast from the grapefruit!  Pepcid AC works in minutes and lasts all day for heartburn and on the list of medications when pregnant
