Any are good. I always have my fridge stocked on mandarine oranges, grapes, apples and bananas but i also buy other fruits when theyre on sale. As for veggies again any are good. I eat carrot sticks, kale, lettuce, broccoli, onions i always have fruits and veggies in the house. Remember when it comes to veggies the more color the better. And leafy dark greens can actually put you in a better mood.
What about yogurts and stuff?
Yogurt is great it helps prevent yeast infections and has a good amount of calcium. But it also has a good amount of sugar in it. I eat a yogurt maybe 2-3 times a week. Just try to do your best to eat healthy. Whole grains, fruits, veggies, cheese, lean meats this is the best time to find an excuse to change your diet but remember it doesnt have to be perfect. Amd try to stay away from sodas even diet soda and juices juice has tons of sugar in it.
Greek yogurt helps prevent yeast infection and actually when I get a YI and eat Greek yogurt it helps! Works wonders. And also very healthy for you, twice the protein than regular yogurt and less sugar.
