Gaining weight

I'm seeing so many posts of how many of you ladies are gaining 60-70 pounds. I'm 13 weeks and have only gained 2 pounds. My worst fear is to gain that much weight and not be able to lose it. I'm in the military so it's important that I get right back in shape after I deliver. Not a question just a concern.

I just became 14w I thinlk everyone's pregnancy is very different.... But if you start working out and eat a healthy main balanced diet during pregnancy and after you should definitely be fine like me I was concerned abouty weight I watch what I eat I try to eat until satisfied I don't over do it at all because when I havey baby I want to be able to play basketball and maybe even play a little college ball

Breast feeding doesn't help you lose the weight if you gain excessive amounts! I gained 68 pounds and only lost 25 of it while breast feeding with my first son.

I'm 16+ weeks and in the beginning I lost 15 lbs and have only gained back 2, so I'm still in the negatives....I don't know how true this is but I've actually heard it from several people including an OB who say that the hardest weight to lose is the weight you put on in the first trimester. Whether you gain 2 or 20 lbs that's usually what you are left struggling with after baby.

I'm 17 weeks and I've only gained 4lbs. I don't starve myself but I try to eat on the healthy side and walk a lot. I do have my days were my appetite is uncontrollable tho.

I've only gained 20 lbs and I'm 38weeks along, I know that thirst registers as hunger so I always grab a Gatorade or water before reaching for foods or snacks.

It concerns me too that so many women gain so fast! I gained 68 pounds with my first and it took a horrible toll on me. I lost it all after 3 years but I am seriously worried about the fact that I have gained 12 pounds at 22weeks and I don't eat bad at all. I don't want to gain more than 30 this time at the very most
