Gaining weight

Has anyone been able to maintain their weight or not gain so much weight during their pregnancy? I told my doctor I wanted to watch out for my weight being that I was already trying to lose weight and she recommended me to only gain 10 through out my pregnancy.

Im 35wks and I haven't gained any weight since I've been pregnant! I was really sick the first 6months and lost a few pounds. Now I'm feeling better, still no weight gained, but the baby is ok!

Breastfeeding did run across my mind I never breastfed with my other children so it would be something new for me. I was never overweight with my other pregnancies so I wasn't worried about how much weight to gain. But are you expecting a baby boy or girl? I hear myths if you crave this you're gonna have a boy or if you crave that you're gonna have a girl.

I was on track until recently. The tracker on this site now says I am overweight. I eat pretty well but I've noticed now that I'm in my 3rd trimester, I am wanting to eat more and craving more sweets. Plus, this is when the baby doubles in size so I think that's what's causing it. As long as you eat healthy, even if u gain more than 10lbs, it shouldn't be too hard to lose? Are you thinking of breast feeding because that really helps with weight lose. I gained 32 lbs in my first pregnancy but lost it within 7-8 months with a combination of breast feeding and eating well. I didn't work out. Was able to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
