Same here ladies! Im 38 weeks, 5cm, 90% and -1! Ive tried it all! Sex, long walks, warm baths, nipple stimulation, squats, jumping jacks, pressure points! Im basically halfway to giving birth and so uncomfortable. When Im active the contractions become about 2 min apart but die down to 10 min apart as soon as i stop.

Nipple stimulation. My ob said its safe to use a breast pump if your term and starting to feel signs coming I've never actally tried it tho. Or you can do it yourself or have daddy help out. Good luck. Praying for safe and smooth delivery.
