Getting pregnant

I've been on the shot since 2001 and i had my last shot on oct 3rd of last year I've been tryingot get pregnant but no such luck. Is somehting wrong or is there something else I should try to have a baby?

it takes 3 - 6 months for the shot to stay in your body. I have read that its normal to take a year for a couple to conceive. After two years its not then you should see your doc. Good luck

How long does the shot stay in your body? They say it takes up to one year for a normal, healthy couple to conceive. To up your chances, though, you could start using ovulation predictor kits (OPKs)...if you're not already. That will test your urine for LH, shich will surge about 24-36 hours before you ovulate. Once you get a positive, it's time to get busy :-)
