I'm 38 weeks pregnant n wanting to kno is it normal to be not a full 1 cm dilated

I am FTM, delivered vaginally. .. I did not dialate prior to my delivery date.

Very normal especially if it's your first. Things can go from 0-anything in no time whilst you can stay at 1cm for weeks

With my first I was just 1 and half cm at 39 weeks and 1 day the day I got induced I was in labor for 3 hour and I am due with second in may

Some people don't dialate until they're getting induced. Or the other way around. I'm 39 weeks and have been dialated 2cm for 3 weeks.
