Going Number Two

So every time i go to the bathroom it hurts or its difficult to go. sometimes light blood comes out (gross). could this be hemorides ? What can i do? Its very uncomfortable to go.

Oh okay thanks i will try that and i have prune juice sitting in my fridge i will start drinking and rocking lol. this helps a lot :) !

Like if youre trying to go.... Yeah piles can hurt if youre straining. If you up your fibre etc that should make it easier. Another idea is rocking your pelvis back and forth while on the toilet and push gently (but dont strain too hard) as theat can help reduce an impacted bowel, I'm a nurse and thats what we get the old dears to do if they're constipated x

Im 23 weeks btw but i when i don't pass it still hurts

How far on are you? You shouldnt strain to pass a bowel motion as that can cause the haemorrhoids which can cause the bleeding. Try increasing the amount of fibre in your diet (wholemeal bread,, pasta, rice etc), natural laxatives ie fresh orange juice or prune juice (might wanna mix that up with another drink cause it doesnt taste very nice)  go for walks as the exercise can stimulate your bowels into moving and if all that fails, ask your Dr for a safe stool softner x
