My breast get sore every cycle after ovulation (which is about a week before my period) so that isn't a good indication of pregnancy. And a week late isn't something to get too worried about since the female body isn't perfect and goes through changes. I used to go for 3 or 4 months of 32 day cycles and then all of a sudden I would be a week or 2 late and freak out but it was nothing.

And I agree with Clysta...first morning pee is the best for pregnancy test so try again tomorrow or the next day (If I were you I would buy a 2 or 3 pack pregnancy test).

Take a test in the morning. It would be most accurate then. If you're not wanting children, I'd strongly suggest you get birth control and/or condoms.

There are a lot of things that can account for a skipped or missed period. Pregnancy, which is possible if you're having unprotected sex, stress, weight gain/loss, medicine, or just the human body not always being perfect. When are you taking the tests. If it's later in the day you could be diluting the urine enough that it wouldn't show a positive. Get another test, one with a decent sensitivity and test with first morning urine before you drink anything. If this still comes up negative you can make an appointment with your doctor and request blood work be done.
