Haven't felt my baby move all day.

I'm 27 weeks and 3 days. My baby moves regularly throughout the day, but today I haven't felt her move all day. I don't know if it's because I have been on my feet cooking most of the day but even when I sat down for a few hours and laid in bed I haven't felt her move. I usually always feel her move when I lay on my side, but not today. I tried waking her up my patting my stomach or shaking it. I felt two very light kicks. Very faint, but that's it. Should I wait it out? Or do I need to call my Dr.? This is my first pregnancy so I don't know if I should be worried or not.

Drink something sugary like juice and kinda poke at your belly but not hard, also eat something high in protein like peanut butter or nuts. Then after you eat and drink sit and wait to see if baby moves.

My doc said that they don't usually start counting kicks till around 32 weeks cause babies have lazy days, but defiantly go get seen for a piece of mind.

We are currently stationed in Korea. Its 12 am here. We are a day ahead of U.S. time, so we have had thanksgiving already, which is why I was up for a hours cooking. I have been laying in bed for about 2 hours and still haven't felt her move.
