He weighs how much ?!

I had a growth scan yesterday to check up on my baby boy at 31+6, and they estimated he weighed 4lbs 12oz! That's almost 5lbs and I'm only 32 weeks today. I feel like he's going to be huge. I do have gestational diabetes, so I'm curious to know if you ladies think they'll let me carry him to 39/40 weeks? I feel if I do he'll come out weighing 10lbs. And so I'm even more terrified of labor.

I had to get a growth check sonogram around week 32 also. They told me my son weighs 4lbs 11oz. They also say to give or take about a lb. This week (week 38) they gave me an other growth sonogram. He weighs 6lbs 5oz. (And again give or take about a lb).

I'm 37+4 days and my baby weighs 8lbs 13oz as of Tuesday.
I'm getting a c section done at 39 weeks
We don't want to have complications
Like his shoulders getting stuck and etc.
I'm very scared and sad about it. I wish I can have him naturally. Hopefully he comes before then. And I don't have GD.

I'm 28w and baby was measuring at 3.5lbs the other day. I do not have gestational diabetes. But I do think it's from genetics because all males in my family are nearly 6 foot tall. And I wonder if they'll let me go close to full term. I have a very small figure and carrying a huge baby! Lol

I'm only 5'2" myself, and I really don't want to have a c-section. I think that's my biggest fear. I just hope they do another ultrasound before he gets here, but the doctor said yesterday I shouldn't need another.

But doctors these days are cesarean happy so you'll be induced early hopefully it goes well if so and Durant result in csection. My mom had my brother vbac btw bc I was emergency cesarean bc I almost died from my cord.

I heard people who have diabetes carry bigger babies, but I don't have diabetes and my baby was estimated around 4 pounds at 32 weeks. Remember it's just an estimation.
