Head down

I've been searching for tips to help baby get into position. I am 32 weeks and she is still laying sideways. All the videos I've watch pretty much say "when you know how your baby is positioned after an ultrasound", but I haven't had an ultrasound since 20 weeks. I know the doctor can try and move her but I would like to avoid that.

Anyone have any tips to get her to move?

lol. yep first time mom. I'm just frustrated that I won't get another ultrasound unless she doesn't flip. I've seen videos are doctors physically moving the baby and it looks so uncomfortable.

I am really afraid she will turn, but breech instead of head down. I'm a ftm and really don't want a c-section.
