Yes id definately reccomend the forehead, also stay away frm foods and drinks that can set headaches off like cheese,chocolate,coke n coffee. And try n drink enough fluids because headaches can b caused by dehydration and hunger, so nxt time u feel one brewing have a sandwich and a pint of water/juice :-)
I use be kool patches on my neck and forehead. It works for me when nothing else does. U could try two cold wash cloths in the same spots first.
Im 8 weeks and i have bad headaches too and i vommit it really ***** idk what to take or anything
