Second pregnancy as well and I have these terrible headaches that take forever to go away. I don't remember getting headaches like this in my last pregnancy. Tylenol doesn't work, but I heard it helps to drink a lot of water. It helps me out since I work and have another kid to take care of, so at least I know the headaches are caused by fatigue. Also relax and get as much rest as you can if you're busy throughout the day. Hope that helps...
Same here on top of real bad pelvis cramps.
Eat a banana and place a cool towel on your closed eye lids and relax.

I know where your coming from its a pain in the *** to be dealing with migraines this is my 4th baby and man o man do i get them baaad i never had gotten them with my previous pregnancys it sucks i just try to sleep it off i work as well and dealing with work and kids plus everything that comes with it after work omg im sure theyll ease off once were further along (i hope) lol jist try to rest as much as you can i know its easier said then done
