I'm 31 weeks today with a princess ! I used to weight 115 then I lost 5 pounds then I gained it all back so in total I've gained 17 pounds I hope I don't gain more than 20, I've been eating healthy and I exercise sometimes not as much as before id be at the gym everyday for 3 to 4 hours I think I was just addicted my fiance would play basketball for hours so I just kept working out untill I was exausted ! Lol I plan on breastfeeding since it helps with weight loss and also super good for my princess and also I'm going back to the gym after she is born my mom has that grandma baby fever so she said she will looove to have her while I'm at the gym with her daddy so I hope I can jump back quickly !
Yoga! Ouch, lol. I will be willing to try, but I don't know if I'll be limber enough to handle that anytime soon! Good luck to all you ladies, let's do this! I'm excited!
I'm due august 23rd! I will be doing yoga! That's what my mom did after both her babies and let me tell you her bod is bangin! Lol it's really good to do as well as walking to get your body warmed up to excercising again ;) start out slow and work your way up :)
Yess, the goal is to be comfortable and feel good and healthy! I didn't have too much of a problem losing weight after my son, but I want it to be healthy and the right way! And with newborn and toddler it will be hard to keep a strict schedule, so we gotta do or best! I've gained 19lbs in 27wks so I'll go in tomorrow and get weighed at my appt and see if I want to cry or smile! Lol

I did my hair and makeup yesterday before work very pin-up style and everyone told me I looked like Rosie riveter which I took as a huge complement!!!
I am best at 170 lbs. I have an hour glass figure so it just works perfect. I get to keep my boobs and butt ya know? Pin up so sexy to me!!
Yayy! So we should definitely follow each other, remember my picture so we can keep up! I was 160 pre pregnancy and 140 has always been a goal weight, that seems the best to fit my frame! And feeling healthy is what I want, that will be the best to not feel disgusting after eating 3 cinnamon rolls or whatever. Lol I love pin up! They're so gorgeous, and that's back in the day with the thick models (; lol.
I'll be 29 weeks tmw and due August 20th. I can't wait to get in shape after I have my daughter. Right now I'm not too worried about exercising because I've only gained 1lb and my daughter is measuring small. I'm hoping to lose 40lbs after I have her so I'll weigh about 135 then and tone my stomach and butt up. It's just the extra skin from having three kids. I can't wait to look and feel healthy! :)
I am down with ya'll! Not quite in my third trimester yet but I am getting there. 24 weeks 3 days. I am cutting back on sodas, added in a salad into my diet and starting to do a stretching and exercise routine! I'm doing fine and on track with my weight gain but I just want to be a tad bit more healthy! After baby, I am BFing and gonna hit my home gym something fierce!

My EDD is the day before yours!! Im 7months and only gained 16lbs and I'm so proud of myself!! I've always been a bit on the heavier side and I'm built to handle that type of weight but I've decided that after my little boy is born and I'm cleared I want to drop to a size 10 (something I've never been!) so around 145lbs I have a big obsession with pin-up dolls and my treat for achieving my goal is a pin-up photo shoot and my biggest supporter is my husband!! He said he will do whatever it take to help me get where I want to be! Good luck and set some goals! Even if it's just to be able to walk out in public in a bikini!!! Having a goal makes me want to do it even more!!!
