I add a half teaspoon of baking soda to a half cup of water and drink it at the end of the day. It works really fast! Takes away the discomfort and helps me sleep

I had it super bad my first pregnancy and again this pregnancy. I cannot believe this works but it does. I mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar  with a bit of honey and then add water and drink it. It works so well! Now, I'm not popping tums like crazy.

I freeze a glass of milk till its in slushy consistency. That's the bomb when it comes to heartburn relief. Sleep a little elevated. Best of luck!

I either would take tums or drink some milk. I preferred the milk except the liquids make you go to the bathroom. Tums though you want to be careful and see how many you should have in a 24hr period. Mine said 5 but I got heart burn everytime I layed back down from going to the bathroom so I started drinking milk and it would stay gone! Hope this helps.
