Heart rate

My baby girls heart rate at 13 weeks was 155. I went to the doctors a few weeks ago I was 22 weeks and her heart rate dropped to 130. Is this normal? The doctor didn't seem to worried about it but that seems like a big drop to me...

Your doctor could've just her at a time that she was sleeping or resting.  I had to get weekly non stress tests during the last month of my first pregnancy.  In case you don't know what those are it's where they have you lay down for 15-30 min with a doppler strapped onto your belly and your baby's heart rate is monitored and recorded.  I loved staring at the machine and watching her heart rate go up and down as she moved.  Her beats per minute would go as high as 170 and then down to 140 in just a couple minutes.  I can't remember the exact numbers but it was something close to that.  Anyway, if your doctor isn't worried than you shouldn't be either, a baby's bpm will usually vary a little at each appointment.  It's not like it is with us when we get our rates checked, ours are always steady because we've been sitting down beforehand.  Our babies can be sleeping or doing flips when the doctor checks theirs.

My dr said a normal heart rate can be anywhere from 120-180. So that is fine.

Yep.  My second sons did that.  It went from the 170s then to the 150s then eventually settled into the 130s.  If the dr wasn't concerned I am sure things are fine.  Good luck.
