Heartbroken

So I posted a question earlier on here about no heartbeat at 11 weeks. A couple of the girls asked me to keep them updated so here it goes.
I went to my ultrasound today and the nurse started the process. I was excited, because I was going to see my baby again for the second time since 6 weeks. I was wrong. A black blob. The sac was there. It was a black hole. Nothing was there.
I could feel my heart sink as I asked the nurse is everything okay? She told me that it was bad news and I knew what she meant. I miscarried 5 weeks ago when I was 6 weeks. I feel so empty. My little baby is gone. The love of my life who was attached to me just....vanished.
There was no bleeding. Nothing. I was having discharge so I thought that was normal. I wish if this had to be the way that I would've bled. So I could've respectfully laid my baby to rest. I know I wasnt that far along but I was so attached to what was growing inside of me.
I just don't know what to do. I'm broken

I am so sorry for your loss. Exact thing happened to me. To a tee. Found out at 11wks I miscarried at 6 weeks. But dont be discouraged. I know it hurts now. But life does go on and I am now 35 wks pregnant with a baby girl. You will have your little one. Even though it hurts now. There was a reason. Just have hope and faith.

honey, I'm so sorry for your loss, i know how you feel 100%, and it for sure one of the worst feeling ever but don't give up, i know how you feel, i misscarried at 7 weeks back in October, the same way; no signs.. but i am now 25 weeks with a boy :) just know God is on your side, and he only sends you down the paths that he will guide us out of safely. I can't stand to read these heartbroken posts. It jus makes me sad & think of such negative things abt my baby :(. Am so sorry for your loss have my deepest sympathy & i hope you havve someonr at home to encourage yu to stay positive <3
