There aren't a lot of signs and symptoms for the first two weeks before you miss your period that reliably indicate pregnancy and not just your period coming. You can even test (with an early-results test) before you miss your period, so essentially you're talking about the first ten or so days after presumed conception, six of which the embryo is still floating around and not connected to the uterus yet, (so there won't be signals those days.) If you do have any signs, they would also be the same as when your period is coming, such as cramping, bloating or breast tenderness. Unfortunately those are period-coming signs too. :) Get a First Response Early Results test and test with concentrated urine.
