If you were my patient, I would definitely advise you to take treatment for the urinary tract infection. UTIs can cause preterm labor, and are commonly associated with cramping. After one to two days the UTI should begin to subside and so should the cramping. If it did NOT at this point, I would probably request an ultrasound to look at the cervix for evidence of effacement and dilation. Depending upon what the ultrasound showed, we would then discuss possible therapies for preterm labor. To reiterate--getting the UTI cleared up may very likely stop the cramping.

Yes dear blader infection can cause cramping try to relax and take ur antibiotics but if the symptoms for any reason get worst go back to ur doctor... Hope u get well soon dear
