Help: Hips, Pelvis, Vaginal and Acid Reflux

I'm a second time mom, 30weeks, who is struggling more with this pregnancy than my last. What can and should I do for extreme pain in my hips and pelvis that literally make it impossible for me to move, I cannot even turn over in bed at the moment? Next might be a little TMI for some but my vaginal area feels puffed up...kinda like swollen and is very tender. Last whenever I lay down even if elevated I get very bad acid reflux and it is just the icing on the cake when trying to sleep. Anyone know what I'm going through or how to help? Thank You

Im going through the same thing and it doesnt help having to run after a toddler all the time.i told my doctor and she said that you always carry lower in your second pregnancy which makes it a little more painful. At 36 weeks now i feel miserable and in pain its also really hard to even roll myself out of bed. I still exercise everyday and nothing seems to be helping :(

This is exactly the same for me. I bought an exercise ball today and I'm on it now. It's the only time I've been able to sit with out excruciating pain in my groin, hips and pelvis!

The Pelicv pain is normal literally kills me in bed.. Try keeping your knees together when getting out or rolling over in bed. And swelling is very normal, my vagina seriously doesn't look normal lol

Hello I have had the same struggles. My doctor said I can take Zantac which helps heartburn. I take one in the morning and one before bed. I also take tums. Good luck I have 10 days to go and have had heartburn the whole pregnancy...

I'm going through exactly the same as you! I'm 33 weeks with my second. As well as not being able to turn over in bed, I get bad leg cramps every time I stretch. Not nice. :/

Nothing for me has really helped with my heartburn, except drinking milk, but even then it only lasts about half an hour.
:(

My first pregnancy was all straight forward, no heartburn or pelvic pain and a quick 9 hour labour. The second time round, I think I'm having the devil child! Haha

Sorry I'm not much help lol
