Help! I need sleep!

I have always been able to sleep healthy hours before I was pregnant. Now I find myself only getting a couple hours of sleep every night. I'm miserable!! Please help.

I'm simply just not sleeping. Sometimes I find it hard to get comfy because I sleep on my sides and my shoulders both get really sore, other than that I'm just not tired at night time. During the day is another story.

There's a good chance you won't sleep after baby :( but for now you still need sleep. do you know what the problem is? Are you uncomfortable or simply not sleeping?

That's a normal part of pregnancy for most women. With my first pregnancy I would be so exhausted and still couldn't make myself go to sleep. My second pregnancy as soon as I was tired I was out. Probably because I was chasing after a toddler during the day lol. I wish I could say it gets better but that would be a lie. Once the baby gets here you won't get much sleep either. Your baby will wake up every 2-4 hours wanting to eat and you will be lucky if he/she goes back to sleep right after. Good luck momma. Pregnancy and motherhood are not easy, but completely and totally worth it.
