Help please !

So idk if it's time but I have like period cramps that are getting stronger and stronger I went to the washroom and when I whipped my self there was blood .. I'm 40.3 weeks .. Ido what to do
.. Right now I'm walking from one side to the other

Thank you . I'm in the hospital my contractions are 2 to 3 mins apart but they're mild . Also I'm only 3 to 4 cm open

Ok they're about 20 seconds long but I'm getting them every 2 mins

If they are lasting a minute at least and they are 5 minutes or less apart you're in active labor and they Will admit you my labor felt exactly like period cramps

Start timing how far apart your contractions are wait until there about 5 mins apart if you go in too early they might send you home but call the hospital now and ask :)
