my morning sickness was at it's worst week 11 and 12. It subsided on it's own week 13. Before week 11 coke helped me, as well as Canada Dry gingerale. I never tried but they say to squeeze a lime on your fingers and to smell your fingers. everything else that was requested that I did try didn't work, but that's just me so I'll share the suggestions. 1st they said your dr can prescribe you nausea medicine (didn't work for me), eating ice, sucking on a popsicle, eating dry toast, crackers, & eating smaller portions more frequently.
Sucking limes always helped me with a little sprinkle of salt on them did the trick every time .
Ginger ale and saltines helped me a great deal. In the beginning they weren't quite enough so I was prescribed Diclegis, which worked wonders.
