Ginger ale works wonders sip on it and if saltines don't fancy your taste try some toast
Jello, sip on tea or broth add few soft noodles. Popsicles , pudding , smoothies (best for getting in fruits and veggies!) Try stuff not so hard on your stomach plus something that may not hurt coming back up! Ive always found sucking on ice chips or flat ginger ale works wonders. Good luck
