primrose pill or oil ?

Can Someone tell me more about it?? Is Both of thoughs the Samethiin? Do it Really work? How do i suppose to use it? is it safe ?? And doesnt it thin the cervix?

I don't know if they make the oil by itself, but you could bust the pill and use that oil out of it. And you can either take them orally or vaginally, both even. I started them at 36wks and at 38wks started leaking water but I never dialated past a two. So not sure what it helped me with but it helped with something! It's supposedly softens your cervix, making dialation easier!
