I had hypertension an preeclampsia with my first. They just watch you more often. I was in an out of hospital a lot til bp was acceptable. I was induced 37w2d with him and he's 2 1/2 now, normal as can be. Afraid its all gonna repeat this time around too. :(

High blood pressure wouldn't help if you are stressing about it too. Try and do some deep breathing to relax yourself.

Unfortunately it didn't hit me till my 38 week check. Now I have to have routine bp and urine checks till I deliver. I don't actually have pre eclampsia, just threatened

Honestly no. I drink water and all but I eat sweets like crazy :/ I thought blood pressure was based more on salty foods

I didn't have high blood pressure til closer to the end. I passed my glucose test at 28 weeks and after that it started getting high. I had to pee in a jug for 24 hours so they could test that. Put I passed. Then when I went in labor my bp was crazy! I had a very poor diet though. Lots of sugar... And I mean lots. Do you have a decent diet?
