Hi, I had high bp with my first pregnancy, I was put on methyldopa at 36 which made me so sleepy and tired. I was induced 4 days past my due date as my bp had gone very high again even with the meds, my daughter was born a day later via ventouse delivery as she was back to back. The only downside I would say to high bp is you may be confined to the bed so they can keep an eye on you, but my daughter was born perfectly healthy.
* should have put 36 weeks
Thank you for letting me know about your pregnancy I'm 22weeks and have had hbp since the very beginning I was put on the same med as you yesterday I just dont know what I should expect in the next few months I have left.
Your bp my well stabilise for a while, but if it is high now could quite possibly shoot up before the end of your pregnancy in which case you may b induced early. Good luck!
Thanks for ur help I just want to prepare myself for whatever might happen
