Thanks so much yall. Now I'll have things to try when I get home. :)
and also try heat pad or icy hot those heat pads work miriacles when i get pain in my lower back
Lean forward and slightly bend your knees. Then gently rock from slide to slide. Once you get a nice rhythm hold it on one side and feel a pull. Then repeat. Tension builds up if you're not active through out your pregnancy ♥
Thanks yall. I'm stuck at work right now so all I can really do is stretch. But when I get home I'll try a bath. Hopefully I'll get some money for xmas or I'll wait until my next check a week from Friday and I can get a massage. It sounds so amazing right now lol.
You can also try laying down or layinh on your back with pillows to prop you up.
At walmart by the bath salts there is n aches and pains essential oils that i soaked in tonight and im gonna do stretches to see if it helps. In my last pregnancy the chiropractor was my only relief i just can't afford it now. Try prenatal yoga or massage? Im looking into those this week
I don't have a ball. :/ but stretching has helped a little, just not much. I had an appointment today and my dr checked me. They were hurting some before the appointment but now its really bad, so idk if that had anything to do with it or not.
What if you sat on a yoga ball ? Or stretched your legs
