Home pregnancy test

Has anyone taken an equate home pregnancy test and recieved only a very faint negative sign? The control bar on my test was very dark but there was also an extremely faint negative sign. What could that mean?

my bad court I looked  at lilbits photo and thought it was yours..Somewhere on the medhelp page it says photos and if you click it it will say upload a photo and if you have some saved to your computer you can use one of those

I believe my instructions said id have a plus sign if pregnant and a negative sign if not. Iv taken a pregnancy test before and it was clearly negative. The negative sign was as dark as the control line in the little box to the right of the window. But this time the negative line was so faint it was hardly there at all. How do I upload pics and ill show u. I was wondering if that could mean my test was an error or faulty. And thanks everyone for helping me figure this out :)

Some of them have diff directions, mine was a pink and I think it was a plus sign, I forget lol somewhere way deep in my photos on here I have pics of the positive one I took, I just had my baby sept 21st but that line was very faint.

The one I got was from walmart and it was a blue due test

ok i took one of those dollar equatte tests and it said 2 lines meant pregnant i thaught or huston i have a problem....

Did you get any kind of line in the result circle?

On the equate test that I took, if only one line showed up in the result circle it means you are pregnant. I thought it was kinda strange cause I sat there waiting for the one line to show up with another line going thu it, but that's not what is supposed to happen according to the directions.
