Anybody else been so hot they can't cool down?  I've literally been cuddling frozen water bottles all day I still can't cool down.  I am so hot it is making me tired and unable to do pretty much anything

I'm always hot like that. I can be sitting still and break into a sweat or just get extremely hot with the air on. I guess it's hormones

A cool bath might help. Sit in a basement.

I'm the same way... The only thing that seems to help me when I get like that is to take a cool shower.

Thanks ladies.  It might be trip to l&d tonight. I started swelling really bad and some contractions. And I'm getting really dizzy.
