Horrible food aversion

5w4d and I'm having a hell of a time finding something to eat without it making me ridiculously nauseous. Meat turns my stomach. I'm eating small frequent snacks like fruits and round bread with humice. Is there anything I can do to eat normally to get the nutritional needs for myself and baby?

Yogurt, and granola. plain foods not to tasty and drink pepermint tea. The morning sickness part ***** :( but just hang in there. And keep hydrated.

It sux hey! I was eating so much up until 7 weeks and now all I can eat is pieces of fruit, carrot sticks, cucumber, dry biscuits etc and I've found I have to eat literally every half hour to an hour other wise the nausea is too bad. It's only 11am here in Australia and I've already eaten a handful of grapes, a tub of yoghurt, 4 cruskits, half a roll and a litre of water.... Im glad I've finally worked out what my body really wants and needs. Even if what you feel like isn't healthy just eat whatever you get down at the moment :)

You will in time. It usually doesn't last too long, with most lasting to 12 weeks or so.

Prenatals give you a lot of what you need, so it's important to take those. Beyond that, just try to eat what stays down. There will be time later to get in more healthy foods.
