Hot Bath
I hear a lot about hot baths helping bring the baby down I'm already 2 1/2 cm dilated has anyone tried taking a hot bath for progress? how did it work??
Lol yes research it it's suppose to thin your cervix or something like that my friend went into labor couple hours of sitting in very hot bath & awww you're due a day after me :) !
Hmm I've never heard of that. I have 7 days left and I heard a taking a nice warm hot not too hot hitting your back will help with pain..your lucky though I'm not even dialting at all.
