You'll be fine. I have hot chocolate that's caffeine free and same with all my teas. You'll be fine. I know girls that only drink soda throughout their whole pregnancy and their babies have come out perfectly healthy.

Hot chocolate is perfectly fine and thanks for the idea. I'm going to go rack up on hot chocolate right now! Mmmm so delicious and it warms the spirit. My at home nurse informed me that  we can have 200 mg of caffeine a day and one chocolate bar is only 8!

You can safely have up to two seconds of caffeine a day. Whether soda, coffee, tea hot chocolate it's all safe to grill just in moderation like you should be when not pregnant. Personally I don't drink coffee period, and lucky if I have 5 sodas a year. My favorite tea is earl Gray which is a black tea however I buy decafe, I don't drink tea for caffeine lol. I'm sry but people are just to up tight about this caffeine thing during pregnancy or the total opposite and think they can't eat or drink anything safely during pregnancy were pregnant not sick or dying lol

A couple cups of coffee, hot chocolate,  soda or tea, won't hurt your baby.

You can have as much hot chocolate as you want. It won't effect your baby at all.
