Hot flushes

I'm 31 weeks and I keep suddenly feeling so hot and just crap like I wanna rip all my clothes off me, but it all comes like bam in the face suddlenly out the blue, and also I can feel sick just instantly like its hit me like a run of bricks, instantly just feel awful in my self, lifeless, hot, sick, crostafobic, anyone got any tips I'm dieing here xx

Yesss. During 2nd trimester I had hot flashes like crazy. All I could do was wear lighter or less clothing, turn down the heat in the house and have cold rags on my face. I would burn up in restaurants so I'd try to soak up the cold on my glass of water and put my hands on my face. Everything switched back to normal now that in in 3rd trimester. Feels like you're going through menopause!
