I live in Arizona and the heat is here! How do I survive this heat? I'm 29 weeks and hot all day. I feel like taking a cold shower and chugging pitchers of water.

Heat increases the nausea. I live in Sri Lanka and the heat is 33-35 Celcius ( 92 or more F) it's very warm here.

No problem! Our backyard is all dirt amd rocks, but we have family at an apartment complex that has a pool thats really well maintained that we go to sometimes. Or there's always Arizona Grand. They're pools are really well maintained too. I'm not sure on the price for them though.

I wouldn't trust wet n wild waters. I've been there a few times and its fun, but the few times I've been there kids have thrown up in the water. And it gets sooo hot there especially because they have plastic grass. Honestly, I think your safest bet would be to get a sprinkler for your backyard or something of that nature.

Destynee2015 sometimes hotels will let non guests use the pool for like $5 and those are less used so less germs maybe try that if you're concerned

I thought about getting a wet n wild season pass for the summer but something makes me nervous about that water. :/ I mean how clean is it? I dont have a pool so im looking for somewhere to cool off this summer with the kiddos.

I hate being inside all the time, but if I wanna survive and not risk dehydration, I guess I gotta do what I gotta do. Lol. I drink water all day long and all night especially because it gets hot in mine and my husband's room. I found that sleeping with my back pressed up against the wall helps me stay cool.

I live in Phoenix which is part of Maricopa County so not too far from you. How are you surviving the heat? I wish it was raining again. I feel like soaking in an ice bath.

Cool bath or a pool. Water is always good, try eating ice or frozen fruits. They also sell cool compresses for the back of your neck at hardware stores for the guys that work outside they are great. You can also try a freezer pack if you don't want to buy anything wrap it in a cloth and put it on your neck and head.
