On days I didn't stretch I would be miserable. Everyone is different though if you find Hoke remedies aren't working definitely call your Dr it could be as simple as a vitamin or mineral deficiency
I had charlie horse cramps daily with my daughter they hurt sooooooo bad! My Dr told me to eat a banana a day? And I did and in 2 days I noticed the pains went away. I would also take a real hot bath and end it with a cold rinse? Then apply icey hot cream that also helped me.
