How can I keep my pregnancy weight even after I deliver and breastfeed ?

When I had my daughter I was about 130lbs prepregnancy. Well I lost weight with her in the beginning and when I breastfeed I lost more weight and went down to 98lbs!
I'm now 36W with my son and prepregnancy I was 103lbs. I had a weigh in last week and was at 127lbs. I would like to gain more weight but how can I KEEP it even after I have him? I plan on breastfeeding with him as well but I'm so scared I'll lose weight an I dont want that :(

It's very hard to loose or gain weight after pregnacy first of all your body has got to go back to normal and 2nd you have got to remember to look after your self as well as your new baby I put2 stone on after my first and can't shift it I let my self get to carried away I'm just hoping I don't put much on after this one comes good luck

There are nutrition plans you can follow to help you safely gain and maintain weight. Maybe try adding high fat food to your diet but the good kind like avocados! And adding some protein to your diet like a protein breakfast smoothie. At your next appointment ask your Dr if they have any suggestions on nutrition plans for you sometimes they have little pamphlets :)
