How do i unswell my boobs

My boobs are HUGE! Had my Daughter 5 days ago yesterday i squeezed the milk out till my breast stopped hurting they sent my pump to the wrong address how do i make them not hurt so much without having to waste my milk ?

If you want to pump extra for when you're not there start now. Once it levels out for your baby its hard to produce extra (had many mommies forwarn me). You can also manually express if you have no pump that way you can keep producing a lot of milk. Look it up on YouTube good luck!

Really! Well thats a relief to know! I did want to pump so when it comes time for me to go back to work i wont have to formula feed her will my breast still feel huge if i pump extra out or will it eventually not hurt my breast no more

Is your baby not breastfeeding?  Your milk production will level to the amount she needs if you just let her feed freely.  If you're really uncomfortable,  you can stand in a hot shower and they will leak out.

This "huge cow" feeling only lasts a little while and you will start producing milk to the level your baby uses.

Thanks so much for the advice ! I havent tryed the pineapple juice i will have to!

Bty i did squeez it into a bottle but all the one i leaked was what i ment by wasted milk

Putting it into a bottle is a good idea. The cabbage will dry your milk up. That's what I did when I wanted to stop breast feeding after doing it for 10 months.

You can also drink pineapple juice! Never would have even thought about that until I read about it the other day

You can always hand express. it's easier than it sounds.

Raw cabbage one lead on each breast will dry your milk up

I would suggest expressing straight into a bottle if you can and dating and keeing the milk in fridge or freeze it, that way its not wasted.

Why do you have to waste the milk? Why don't you squeeze into a resealable container or even a bottle if you have one?

Try to put a warm towel on top of them and get the milk out, warm baths help and also massage the top of your breast so they dont get hard and swell up. Thats what i did with my daughter because i could never breastfeed her.
