How exactly to make a baby shower , it's my first pregnancy ?

It's my first pregnancy and we'll I'm doing my baby shower in November , I have no help of my side of family whatsoever . The only one by my side is my boyfriend and his family . I don't know how to start or what games to play , the food ? Idk ....... I just need a little heads up of more or lease what to do . Any help ladies ??

You can plan your own baby shower. If you're not trying to spend a lot of money you can have finger foods, do a combination of prizes for games such as gift cards, lotion sets etc. there's alot of games but look online and see which you like best. You don't have to have a certain number of games. You can make your own invitations and print them, etsy is a good site to do so. Create a registry and put that on your invitations so people will know where to go for things you need. Choose a theme for the shower. Do you expect many people to come? Do you want to have it at at a hall or something or someone's home? (None of this is in order but was typing as I think hope this helps :)

Easy pick a location for it decorate no need for an exact them if its a girl just use pinks and girl colors and if a boy use blues and whatnot for the tablecloths and plates .. and just google a few games  to play the clothespin game where you hand put a couple pins and you cant say the word baby or cross your legs or someone can take your pin if they catch you doing so at the end someone gets a small prize  and foods just do finger foods chips,dip , finger sandwiches pigs in a blanket   meatballs   just simple things

Im having my baby shower at a buffet so I don't have to worry about people bringing food or me getting it all you have to do is get whatever food you want.. And we have a couple of tables reserved.. I thought it would be easier that way

Its simple pick a theme lion king for example decorate.... 5 or 6 games and a prize for each....finger foods sandwiches fruits and a cake mini list .....open gifts send them home
